Ingredients

- 1 Raw Mango

- 1 tsp Pink Salt

- ½ tsp Cumin powder

- 1 tsp Red chilli powder 

- Honey as per taste

- Mint Leaves for garnishing

Directions

1. Wash the mango and peel it.

2. Cut mangoes into 3-4 pieces and keep it aside.

3. Take a pan and add 2-3 cups of water. Give it a boil.

4. Add chopped mango with seed, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt.   

5. Cover the pan and let it boil for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Uncover the pan and let it cool (the mango will be softened until then and the pulp can be removed using a scraper and the seed can be discarded).

7. Grind this mixture in the grinder.

8. Add water and honey to it to make the consistency thin.

9. Keep it in the refrigerator. 

Garnish with mint leaves. Aam Panna is ready to serve.
