Ingredients
-1 cup Almonds
-2 dates
-¼ inch vanilla bean, split lengthwise
-1½ cups coconut milk
⅛ cup raw honey
-10 raisins
Directions
Step 1
First, make the almond milk by blending the almonds, dates, and scraped seeds from the vanilla bean with 2 cups of water until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the coconut cream with 1 cup of almond milk, sea salt, and raw honey until combined.
Step 3
Freeze for 2 hours, blend it in mixer, top with raisins and freeze again until set. Drizzle raw honey before eating if desired.
