Coriander, Mint & Cucumber dip

Ingredients

Cucumber, medium- 2 

Mint leaves - Handful 

Coriander leaves-Handful

Garlic cloves- 4-5 

Green chillies (according to your spice)  - 1-2 

Salt - as per taste

Pepper- as per taste

Directions

  1. In a grinder vessel, add all the above ingredients except pepper and cucumber.
  2. Blend everything in a thick and smooth chutney-like texture.
  3. Now take the dip in a bowl add small chopped cucumber pieces into it and mix. It should look like a salsa sauce.
  4. Add pepper powder for garnishing and enjoy with millet crackers.

TIPS:

Do not add water, if you want a thick consistency

Coriander is particularly rich in diuretic properties which is helpful for kidney functioning. Mint has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties making it a good choice to add in foods in small amounts.
