Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients

- Eggs- 2
- Garlic pods- 3-4 (medium)
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes and Oregano- 1 tsp each
- Coconut oil- 3 tsp
- Water and Salt as per requirement
Directions/ Procedure:
- Place the eggs in a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and then let them cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat some butter in a pan, add the whole garlic cloves and fry till it gets golden brown and set aside
- Once the eggs are done, allow it to cool down and peel the shell.
- Place the boiled Eggs in a blender jar and blend it really well
- Add little amount water depending on the requirements
- Once it is properly blended, add the garlic, red chili flakes, oregano, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend it until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- You can add the remaining butter from frying the garlic to it as well.
- Transfer the mayonnaise to a bowl and top it with the roasted garlic (optional)
- Serve and enjoy!
