Ingredients

Ingredients: 

  • Eggs- 2
  • Garlic pods- 3-4 (medium)
  • Cumin powder- 1 tsp 
  • Red chilli flakes and Oregano- 1 tsp each
  • Coconut oil- 3 tsp
  • Water and Salt as per requirement

Directions/ Procedure: 

  1. Place the eggs in a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and then let them cook for 8-10 minutes. 
  2. Meanwhile, heat some butter in a pan, add the whole garlic cloves and fry till it gets golden brown and set aside
  3. Once the eggs are done, allow it to cool down and peel the shell.
  4. Place the boiled Eggs in a blender jar and blend it really well 
  5. Add little amount water depending on the requirements
  6. Once it is properly blended, add the garlic, red chili flakes, oregano, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend it until smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  7. You can add the remaining butter from frying the garlic to it as well.
  8. Transfer the mayonnaise to a bowl and top it with the roasted garlic (optional)
  9. Serve and enjoy!
