Ingredients
- Eggs- 2
- Onion- 1/4th cup
- Tomato- 1/4th cup
- Salt- ½ tsp
- Pepper- ½ tsp
- Ghee- 1 tsp
Directions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl
- Add salt and pepper and whisk thoroughly to get a frothy mixture
- Now add chopped onion, and tomato and mix with a spoon
- In a heated stainless steel pan, add a spoonful of ghee and spread
- Now add the egg mixture and spread evenly on the pan
- Let the omelette cook. Once done, insert a sharp-edged spatula underneath the omelette and gently transfer it to a plate
- Enjoy!
