Flax Seed Chutney

Ingredients
- Flax seeds : 3 tbsp
- Garlic : 2 cloves
- Curry leaves : 2- 3
- Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
- Dried red chilli : 1
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt : To taste

Step 1
Grind all ingredients together. Enjoy!
(can be stored at room temperature for 1 day and in the fridge for a week, not longer as the omega 3 fatty acids get oxidised)
