Healthy High Protein Pizza

Ingredients
Ingredients for Moongiza :
- Moong Dal: 250 gms
- Chopped onions: 1 cup
- Chopped tomatoes: 1 cup
- Chopped Bell Peppers: 1 cup
- Deseeded Fresh tomatoes : 2-3
- Minced garlic : 2-3 tbsp
- Feta cheese : 50-60 grams
- Oregano: 1 tablespoon
- Chilli Flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Butter : 2- 3 tbsp
- Salt: as per taste
Directions/ Procedure :
A} Sauce Recipe
- Heat some butter in a pan and add the minced garlic.
- Once the garlic is slightly cooked, add the fresh tomatoes and cover.
- Let it cook on medium to low heat until the tomatoes become mushy.
- Sprinkle some salt on the tomatoes, mix it well and mash it using a masher or the back of a spoon or ladle once the tomatoes are mushy enough.
B) For the pizza
- Soak the moong dal in warm water for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins, drain the water and add the moong dal to a blender with some salt.
- Blend it well for 15-20 seconds until it smoothens.
- In a pan, heat some butter add a spoonful of the moong paste, and spread it into a medium-sized circle
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of the tomato sauce and spread it evenly on the moong base.
- Add the veggies of choice, crumbled feta cheese, oregano and chilli flakes, cover, and let it cook.
- Serve and enjoy while hot.
