Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 Mangoes
- 1 Banana
- A pinch of Cardamom/ Elaichi powder
Directions
Step 1
Grind the mango and banana in a high-speed blender till smooth. Add the chia seeds and let them soak for a few minutes. Garnish with cardamom powder and enjoy!
Optionally you can soak the chia seeds in almond/coconut milk and add it to the mango banana blend for a twist in flavour. (Only if you don’t have insulin resistance)
