Ingredients

Coconut milk- 200 ml

Fresh pineapple - 150 gm

iThrive’s essential Magnesium- 1 scoop

Honey- 2 spoons

Ice cubes as per the requirement

Directions

  1. Add ice cubes, chopped pineapple, coconut milk, honey, and magnesium (you can skip this) together in a blender.
  2. Pour the blended drink in glasses.
  3. Serve pina colada immediately. 
  4. You can garnish with pineapple wedges if you want.
