The Journey He Walked
Mr. Milton Pereira works in the IT professional field, leading him to live a sedentary lifestyle unfit for any being. Desk-bound and chained to a certain preemptive of his health, Mr. Pereira’s approach with iThrive accelerated along his wife’s journey with us. Her persistence helped him meet the team and find a cautionary source to his sickness woes, restoring his belief in holistic health & regaining the opportunity to find himself.
Mr. Milton’s Primary Health Issues
Low Energy Levels
Fatigue is the medical term used for an overall feeling of low energy and tiredness. It can be a manifestation of a health condition, but it also carries its own symptoms, ranging from aching muscles to an ardent lack of motivation. Milton’s low energy levels were an attribution to his BP, and were also caused by constant fluctuations in his fat-compounded diet.

Constipation
Constipation occurs when your bowel movements become less frequent and stools become difficult to pass. It happens most often due to changes in diet or routine, or due to an inadequate intake of fiber. Milton’s digestive issues had been caused by a sedentary lifestyle, as well as a certain leniency towards mindful food consumption.

High Blood Pressure
Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition in which one’s blood vessels have persistently raised stress flowing through. Blood pressure is created by the force of blood pushing against the vessels, & the higher the pressure, the harder the heart has to pump. Milton’s hypertension was often elevated due to stress, accredited to him being a professional in a bustling IT workplace.
Identifying the Root Cause
Our blood is our primary biological database. iThrive’s unique RCA protocol helped Sameer to uncover some home truths he may have otherwise found difficult to swallow, & helped feed into a bigger belief that is - The correct holistic way to deal with any health issue is to uncover and address the root cause instead of covering it up.
Fatty Liver
Micronutrient Deficiencies
Infection and Inflammation
Insulin Resistance
Oxidative Stress
iThrive's
Intervention
The first intervention was to eliminate inflammatory foods from Milton’s diet. Foods known to trigger a spike in his blood sugar (such as dairy or sugar) were eliminated, and replaced with a nutrient rich diet to be continuously monitored alongside his sugar levels.
Supplementation and Targeted Support
To support Milton’s digestive health and address deficiencies, iThrive designed a personalized supplementation plan. CoQ10 helped control blood pressure, while immune support, B-complex, and zinc boosted immunity. Magnesium reduced stress and cravings, krill oil improved omega-3 levels, and probiotics with vitamin D3 enhanced overall health. His commitment to the regimen not only resolved deficiencies but also established a foundation for long-term wellness.
Month-by-Month Progress
First Month
Customized Protocol
What are the suggestive approaches
for Client's conditions
In the first month, Sameer used a Continuous Glucose Monitoring device, revealing hyperinsulinemia/hyperglycemia (HbA1c 7.2). His meal schedule was adjusted to prevent dizziness during runs, and he adopted nutrient-dense one-pot meals. Despite initial hesitation, he shared updates via WhatsApp, aiding progress tracking. Within 15 days, he lost 1.5 kg and felt more energetic.
Second Month
Customized Protocol
What are the recommended strategies for addressing the client's conditions.
By the second month, Sameer started supplements but struggled with consistency. We recommended berberine for blood sugar control, NAC for liver health, and magnesium, suggesting easy intake methods like adding lemon to magnesium water. His trip to London without a CGM made tracking glucose difficult, but maintaining his running routine helped. By month’s end, he had lost 6.5 kg and enjoyed shopping for size M instead of L or XL.
Third Month
Customized Protocol
What are the best approaches for the client’s condition.
At the start of the third month, Sameer saw remarkable improvements in energy and sleep. Testing his glucose in Qatar showed a commendable drop to 102 mg/dl from 120 mg/dl. He opted to skip the detox, planning to do it himself after completing his supplement regimen.
Lifestyle & Ongoing Support
Milton’s journey with iThrive also included lifestyle modifications in order to support his mental and physical well-being. His dedication and enthusiasm to every dietary recommendation has allowed him to stay in touch with us for a maintenance programme as well. For the past two years, Milton has been continuing physical exercise as well as finding peace in solitary meditation. Regular follow-ups and continuous support from iThrive have helped Milton stay attuned to his body and witness the very miracle that is Life.
