Ingredients:

Yellow bell pepper- 1

Coconut cream/ milk- ¼ cup

Garlic- 2-3 cloves 

Salt- as per taste

Black pepper powder- as per taste

Turmeric- as per taste

Directions

  1. Place the bell pepper on a flame and start roasting it. It takes 7-10 minutes to roast and turn black. Once the outer covering is black, keep it aside to cool.
  2. Once cooled, remove the black covering completely and chop it into slices or big pieces for grinding.
  3. In a grinder, add the yellow bell pepper, coconut cream/ milk,  garlic, salt and all spices (turmeric and black pepper powder)
  4. Grind everything till becomes a smooth sauce. Now enjoy it ragi chips or rice crackers. 

TIPS:You can rinse the yellow bell pepper under water while removing the black covering. You can also add chilli flakes if you like spicy dips.

Yellow bell pepper is rich in antioxidants, beta-carotene, vitamin C and potassium. It is also low in calories which makes it a great dip for snacks. Coconut cream on the other hand is rich in saturated fats and potassium. These healthy fats have many beneficial functions in our body.
