At iThrive, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and care throughout your journey with us.

Once the ALIVE program has been booked and payment has been made, it cannot be canceled for any reason whatsoever. As per the Company Policy, iThrive does not offer partial or complete refunds, substitution, or cancellations for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in client schedule, non-availability of sufficient time, or inability to follow the program and protocol thereunder or dissatisfaction with the program. The decision of iThrive shall be final in these matters.
