Green Moong Cheela

Ingredients
- Green moong- 200 grams
- Ginger -½ tbsp
- Garlic -½ tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 10 grams
- Green chilli - As per required
- Salt - As per taste
- Jeera - 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and make a paste of sprouted green moong, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt
- Add water for the proper consistency
- Add 1 tsp jeera in the batter
- Heat a stainless steel pan on medium heat
- Add a little ghee and spread the chilla batter.
- Use ghee on edges and cook till cooked on both sides
- Serve it along with coconut chutney/ Mint chutney.
