Ingredients

  1. Green moong- 200 grams 
  2. Ginger -½ tbsp
  3. Garlic -½ tbsp
  4. Coriander leaves- 10 grams 
  5. Green chilli - As per required 
  6. Salt - As per taste 
  7. Jeera - 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a paste of sprouted green  moong, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and salt 
  2. Add water for the proper consistency 
  3. Add 1 tsp jeera in the batter 
  4. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium heat
  5. Add a little ghee and spread the chilla batter.
  6. Use ghee on edges and cook till cooked on both sides
  7. Serve it along with coconut chutney/ Mint chutney.
